Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Santa Maria, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The County of Santa Barbara ("County") General Services Department is soliciting qualifications and proposals from experienced engineering firms to provide engineering design services for the reinforcement of roof-mounted windscreens, which support telecommunications equipment, located on the roof of the Countys Social Services Santa Maria Main Office on the Countys Betteravia Campus, located at 2125 South Centerpointe Parkway, Santa Maria, CA 93455. Such design services shall include an assessment of the existing site conditions, design of necessary repairs and reinforcements, and construction oversight. All questions regarding this RFQ/P must be submitted via Public Purchase no later than May 21, 2025 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
