Project is no longer needed.** Engineers Estimate $200,000 to $250,000 The work specified in this Section consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for drilling and testing an 8-inch temporary test well to a depth of approximately 600 feet. The Work shall be substantially complete within 20 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. The commencement date for the project will be mutually coordinated with the Contractor prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed, with the intent that the project begin no later than September 1, 2025. Delay of the start date as provided herein shall not result in additional cost to the Owner. All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the City of George and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount.
