Renovation of a mixed-use development in West Bend, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Bids to replace flooring and cove base in various offices in the Sheriff's Office, the Government Center and the Jail located in West Bend, WI. This project generally consists of removing broadloom carpet (and some carpet tiles), and providing and installing approximately 3,400 square feet of new Mohawk Threaded Craft carpet tiles, and approximately 550 linear feet of new Tarkett Johnsonite 4" Cove Base in various locations in the Washington County Government Center offices, the Washington County Sheriff's Office, and the Washington County Jail. All work of this request must be completed to the County's satisfaction by August 1, 2025.
