As of July 11, 2025, project will not be awarded. No definite date for the rebid. 2025 Crescent Road Utility Improvements - Project consists of storm sewer and water main installation. Start date -July 10, 2025; The work shall be substantially complete on or before September 19, 2025 and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions on or before October 15, 2025 Contractor shall provide all items, articles, materials, operations or methods mentioned or scheduled on the drawings or herein specified: including all labor, supervision, equipment, incidentals, taxes and permits necessary to complete the Work as described within the Contract Documents. Contractor shall install all items provided by Owner as mentioned or scheduled on the drawings or herein specified. Question Deadline 05/30/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
