It supports the training and assessment of future health professionals by providing them with authentic and safe human simulation environments. The current intercoms and bell systems at the Sherbrooke site, which are essentially analog, have reached their end of life: recurring outages, uneven sound coverage, inability to integrate with IP networks and audiovisual management platforms. This complicates the conduct of scenarios, lengthens transition times between sessions and reduces the reach of emergency announcements.
