Reference Number 0000294507 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/05/27 02:00:00 PM CDT The City of Winkler ("the City") is seeking proposals from qualified engineering consulting firms ("Proponents") to prepare a comprehensive Stormwater Management Master Plan. The project will involve a city-wide analysis of its existing drainage system with recommendations for system improvements. An in-depth review by a professional engineering firm will ensure that the drainage system operates efficiently, complies with environmental regulations, and is resilient to future challenges. By identifying areas for improvement, the City aims to enhance the overall functionality and sustainability of the drainage system, ultimately safeguarding the community and minimizing potential damage from severe weather events. The Proponent should include in their proposal, a schedule to complete the in-scope work. This schedule should start no later than July 2025 and end no later than December of 2025. The schedule should include a timeline for each scope activity and identify project milestones. The City reserves the right to reject any and or all proposals submitted and to waive any irregularities. In addition, late proposals may be disqualified.
