As of July 11, 2025, all bids received were rejected. The project will be readvertised/rebid in the near future. The project consists of planting one hundred seventy-eight (178) trees and shrubs of various species and sizes within the Harvest Grove on Newburg & Gun Club Roads, including all related landscaping and other associated work listed in the project manual and on the landscape plan. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days of the bid opening date. Upper Nazareth Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bidding informalities. The work on this project constitutes Public Works by a Public Body under the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders are advised that workers employed on this project must be paid the prevailing minimum wage rates promulgated by the Pennsylvania Secretary of Labor. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of Upper Nazareth Township or a Bid Bond in favor of Upper Nazareth Township at 10% of the total bid price. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions in the Instructions to Bidders.
