Reference Number 0000388617 Question Deadline 06/19/2025 at 4:00 PM PT Questions are submitted online No Bid Intent - Not Available General Requirements - Certified Payroll - Contractors License Required - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required The City of Visalia is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to provide asbestos, lead, and mold abatement on an as-needed basis for City owned properties. The initial contract shall be for twelve (12) month period and shall, at City's option and upon mutually agreeable terms, be renewable annually thereafter for four (4) consecutive one-year periods. Contractor will be required to comply with DIR requirements including registration with the DIR, payment of prevailing wages, and submission of electronic payrolls. The right is reserved by the City of Visalia to reject any or all proposals, to waive any irregularities or informalities not affected by law, to evaluate the proposals submitted and to award the contract according to the proposal which best serves the interests of said City.
