Parking Management System Background The City is seeking proposals to provide a fully integrated, comprehensive digital parking management system along with a digital parking enforcement program. This includes a platform that will modernize utilization payment for parking on metered streets, on City parking lots and within the City's parking garages. The City currently utilizes a combination of kiosks, meters and parking attendants, as well as, prepaid monthly parking passes for its parking management system. City employees working downtown are provided with free parking. The goal is to transition to a fully automated system. Question Deadline 06/10/2025 at 2:00 PM ET All questions and communications about this request for Proposal and submissionrequirements must be directed to online. Responses to questions submitted by the above date or identified available via online by 2:00 P.M. on June 13, 2025. Each Proposal with a total cost greater than $50,000.00 submitted shall be accompanied by a Proposal Security (a Certified Check or Bid Bond) in the amount of ten (10) percent of the Total Proposal Price. The Proposer to whom a contract is offered, must furnish to the City, if that contract has a total cost greater than $50,000.00, a 100 percent Performance Bond with a surety, and in a form, acceptable to the City. In the City's sole discretion, it may also require a 100 percent Payment Bond and/or other additional security with a surety, and in a form, acceptable to the City.
