On behalf of 99th Readiness Division, the United States Army Contracting Command New Jersey ACC-NJ has a requirement for Repair Arm Gate at Rutland VT007 -AFRC 2143 Post Road Rutland, VT 05701.Please see attached Solicitation, Performance Work Statement, Wage Determination and Site Map. All Proposals shall be submitted by 1400 Eastern Daylight Time on 28 June 2025. The Rutland Armed Forces Reserve Center is a multi-use facility and is the home of the 412 Theater Engineer Command. The intent of this project is to replace non-working Parking Control Barrier Gate at Rutland VT007. The project is to provide and install a new barrier arm gate, complete with keypad entry and all material, and electrical components required. Contractor shall verify gate location and power requirements with RFOS prior to beginning work. Contractor shall provide and install bollards to protect new barrier arm and associated components as required. Performance Location Rutland AFRC 2143 Post Road, Rutland VT 05701 The Contractor shall have 90 Calendar Days from the Notice to Proceed Date to complete ALL TASKS associated with the Specification of Work. BETWEEN $25,000 AND $100,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
