Renovation of a mixed-use development in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility; and transportation facility.
Bids for the Construction of: Time Fill Upgrade at Cng Station Fort Smith Transit Department Office Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany each bid in excess of $20,000.00 in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder on construction that exceeds $20,000.00 shall provide a performance and payment bond for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. This bond must be filed in the county where the work is being performed before authorization to proceed is granted. All bidders must conform to the requirements of the Arkansas State Licensing Law for General Contractors. All general contractors submitting a proposal/bid shall be licensed on the day of bid opening. State Wage rates apply to this Project. The City of Fort Smith Encourages All Small, Minority, and Women's Business Enterprises to Submit Bids for Capital Improvements. The City of Fort Smith is an Equal Opportunity Employer, Eoe M/f.
