Renovation of a municipal facility in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Sebastian County Clerk's Office Renovation The project entails interior demolition and renovation work within an office environment, involving walls, glazing, ceilings, flooring, and finishes. Minor reconfiguration of HVAC systems, lighting, and electrical are included. BID SECURITY Proposals shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bidder's bond made payable to Sebastian County, Arkansas in the amount of not less than 5% of the base bid proposal submitted as a guarantee that the Contractor will enter into a written contract, and will furnish the required bonds, should the award be made to the bidder. LICENSE All Bidders must be licensed in the State of Arkansas under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. BID VALIDITY No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities. Any or all bids may be rejected if there is a sound documented reason.
