Bids for Fort Smith Public School District Playground Additions at (6) Fort Smith Elementary School Campuses as follows: o Fairview Elementary o Ballman Elementary o Tilles Elementary o Park Elementary o Euper Lane Elementary o Barling Elementary (Barling, AR). Successful bidders providing a complete, responsive, and responsible bid will be required to execute (without alterations) a subcontract agreement with Clark Contractors based on the Clark Master Subcontract, Project Schedule, and Clark Scope Sheet.
