Reference Number 0000388985 Traffic Signal Installation at the intersection of Prairie Hawk Dr & Low Meadow Blvd/Limelight Ave. General Description - The work to be performed under this contract includes a new traffic signal installation at the intersection of Prairie Hawk Drive & Low Meadows Blvd/Limelight Ave. The work included in this contract generally includes: removals of existing asphalt and concrete, pavement markings and signing; installation of sidewalk, curb and gutter, ramps, pavement markings, signs, new traffic signal poles and mast arms with signal heads, caissons, conduit and wiring, pull boxes, luminaire, traffic signal controller cabinet, detection, CCTV camera, fire preemption and connection to CORE furnished service meter cabinet. The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work in accordance with the contract conditions and specifications, with the exception that the new traffic signal poles and mast arms, the traffic signal controller cabinet and controller, and vehicle detection will be furnished by the Town, and the existing streetlight standards will be removed by CORE. The contractor shall complete the work within 30 working days. A schedule of all work shall be submitted at or before the project pre-construction meeting, and approved by the Town prior to issuance of Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed date is estimated to be July 28, 2025. Completion of Work: The contractor shall commence work no later than the date indicated on the Notice to Proceed, and achieve Construction Completion (punchlist items, cleanup, and demobilize) within 30 working days in accordance with the Commencement and Completion of work project special provision.
