CCI Energy and Construction Services, LLC is requesting your proposal for this project. Project Description: This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide services for design and construction (Design-Build) of a new fall protection system for five diesel fueling stations at NAS Whiting Field – 3163A, 3163B, 3097, 3079, and 3126A. The Contractor must provide complete design and specification, demolition, renovation, calculations, and construction as described throughout this RFP. The work includes providing all labor, materials, management, supervision, expertise, and equipment necessary to complete the work defined by the RFP. All work must comply with applicable Local, State, and Federal Laws and Regulations, industry and construction codes and standards, manufacturer’s specifications and recommendations and all contract special provisions, terms, and conditions. The Contractor must visit the project site, collect required data about existing structures, surroundings, appurtenances, and items that will be affected by this project or related to this project, and verify existing conditions. The Contractor shall be responsible for the verification of actual site conditions to ensure adequacy of the design and successful construction. The fall protection system must provide fall protection for the inspectors tasked with inspection on top of the diesel fueling trucks. The system must allow the worker to walk the length of the truck without having to un-attach/re-attach.
