Site work for a municipal facility in Oakland, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
This project consists of the Contractor providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, etc., necessary to remove the old chain link fence and barbed wire and install new chain link fencing and gates located at Mt. Nebo WMA maintenance facility, 1728 Kings Run Rd., Garett Co., MD 21550. Questions shall be submitted by Monday, June 09, 2025 by 2:00 PM. The Contractor agrees that the price will be firm for a time period of ninety (90) calendar days from the bid opening date to execution of the contract by the State. The work shall be completed within 120 calendar days from the date of notice to proceed. If the work is not completed within the time period specified, the contractor will be liable for liquidated damages of $350.00 per calendar day as specified in the General Conditions.
