Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Greenwich, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

**As of August 20, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Town of Greenwich is seeking a qualified contractor to construct modifications at three signalized intersections in Central Greenwich. The project includes the implementation of traffic signal modifications, including new mast arms and pedestrian signals, and the construction of ADA curb ramps to increase accessibility and pedestrian safety. The work herein specified to be done consists of the construction of ADA curb ramps and implementation of traffic signal modifications to improve pedestrian safety and accessibility in Greenwich Connecticut, all as more particularly indicated, shown or described in the drawings, specifications and other contract documents and as described by the Engineer. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies and all other things necessary to do all work required for the completion of each item of the work and as herein specified. This contract is subject to state Community Connectivity Grant Program (CCGP) funding requirements.
