The Town of Greenwich Purchasing Department, on behalf of the Department of Public Works, is seeking bids for Catch Basin, Manhole, Sewer/Drain Line Inspection and Cleaning. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required, including by-pass pumping, and perform high pressure water jetting, rodding, brushing, bucketing and flushing of designated sewer/drain lines and manholes prior to internal inspection by closed circuit television, sewer/drain lining and manhole rehabilitation. The Service Contract will have an anticipated initial term of one (1) year, October 1, 2025 - September 31, 2026. In addition, there will be four (4) optional years that may be engaged through the mutual consent of both parties on an annual basis. The Service Contract for this RFB shall be an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) Service Contract. The maximum of $35,000.00 for each project under the standard Service Contract is being waived. The Town's Department and Contractor shall be responsible for monitoring projects exceeding $100,000.00 and ensuring compliance with Paragraph 4 of the Service Contract, Performance Maintenance and Payment Bond. The Town's Department and Contactor shall also be responsible, as applicable, for compliance with Paragraph 22 of the Service Contract, Prevailing Wage Rates; Construction Safety and Health Course.
