City of St. Paul (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: St. Paul Tennis & Pickleball Courts St. Paul, Nebraska - 2025 025-00534 The Project includes the following Work: The project consists of placing approximately 2,300 SY of 5" reinforced concrete pavement, 330 SY of 4" concrete sidewalk, 565 LF of 10' & 6' chain link fencing with gates and windscreens, 3 sets of pickleball nets, 3 sets of tennis nets, 2 basketball goals, court striping, court coatings, court lighting, earthwork, grading, minor removals of fencing, and all other appurtenances. There is no pre-bid conference for this project. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. The check(s) or bond(s) shall be made payable to Owner as security that the bidder(s) to whom the award(s) are made will enter into contract to build the improvements bid upon and furnish the required bonds and insurance. The Owner reserves the right to accept any bid which it deems most advantageous to the Owner, and to reject any or all bids submitted and to hold as many bids as it desires for consideration for a period of sixty (60) days after the bids are open.
