Corner of ND State Highway 5 and BIA 11 (39th Ave NE), also known as Betty's Corner, and extends approximately 5.5 miles on the south side of ND State Highway 5, and then extends north to the existing Belcourt Reservoir.) The Work includes but is not limited to Mobilization which includes TERO Fees (3% of Bid), EPA Fees (1% of Bid). The water main installation includes, but is not limited to, clearing and grubbing, erosion control, traffic control, trenching, horizontal directional drilling, valves, curb stops, service line connections, flush hydrants, AV/AR valve assemblies, existing system interconnections, pressure testing and disinfection, and site reclamation with seeding and mulching. The existing water main shall remain in operation while the project is being constructed.
