**As of July 8, 2025, no bids received. No definite date for the rebid.** Guilford Transfer Station Beam and Concrete Restoration. Question Deadline 06/12/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Any questions regarding the specifications and shall be submitted in writing to Janice Plaziak, Town Engineer at plaziakj@guilfordct.gov with a copy to the Purchasing Department at purchasing@guilfordct.gov. Each bidder will be required to submit to the Office of the First Selectman, their original proposal with one (1) copy and a bid bond or cashier's check in the amount of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00). Each bidder shall honor the bid price for ninety (90) business days from the date of the bid opening, without modification. Upon award of the bid, the winning bidder shall be bound by the bid proposal price throughout the contract period. The Town of Guilford reserves the right to reject any or all bids; or to waive defects in same, if it deems such to be in the best interest of the Town. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
