RFP - Miscellaneous Professional Services - Annual The Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a pool of qualified Professional Services CONSULTANT(S) to perform professional services for individual projects on an as-needed basis for the term as described herein. Services performed under this Agreement shall include, but not be limited to: o Project Design and Plan Preparation; o Construction Engineering and Inspection; o Construction Contract Administration and Post-Design; o Evaluations, Feasibility and Planning Studies; o Utility Coordination and Utility Relocation Plans; o Environmental Assessments and Environmental Permitting, and Reporting; o Public Involvement Program; o Engineering & Land Surveys; o Construction Stake-out and As-Built Survey; o Landscape and Irrigation Plans; o Geotechnical Services and Subsurface Utility Exploration; o Structural Inspections and Analysis; o Permits and Permit Compliance; o Final Bidding Assistance and Contract Documents; o Cost Estimates; o Watershed, Stormwater, & Drainage Monitoring and Improvements; o Hydraulic and Water Quality Monitoring and Improvements; o Ground Water Monitoring, Analysis, and Evaluation; and o Erosion Control Question Cut Off Date: 7/17/2025 05:00:00 PM (ET) Questions regarding this solicitation are to be submitted electronically.
