Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a residential development in Beaverton, Oregon. Completed plans call for the addition of a residential development; for the renovation of a 62,339-square-foot, four-story above grade, 78-unit residential development; for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The Housing Authority of Washington County (HAWC), issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) and invites the submittal of written proposals (Proposals) from qualified Design-Build Teams (Design-Builder) interested in providing services for the design, permitting, and renovation of a single structure, hotel conversion project, containing 78 residential units and community spaces. For this project, HAWC is utilizing a design-build contracting approach. It is our goal that the contractor and design team will work together from the beginning of the project, providing integrated services to the client as the Design-Builder. Question Submission Deadline:June 26, 2025, 5:00pm The Project has an aspirational goal to award 20% of the total contract dollar value to MWESB firms.
