Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Poland, New York. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project work includes: Replacement of roofs throughout the main building Renovation of second floor bathrooms Upgrading heating and ventilation in MS/HS Replacing concrete at the elementary entryway Extending sidewalk to the playground and softball field Replacing spalled sidewalk in front of the building Adding a building-wide lockdown system Replacing classroom locksets with Intruder Locks Adding ceiling fans to second floor classrooms Replace electronic sign and its base Replacing the roof (which is beyond warranty) Restoring the base of CMU walls Reconstructing columns, replacing localized slab Repairing cracked concrete in the maintenance bay Replacing the garage's steam boiler and existing heaters As of March 16, 2026, design has been completed. A construction manager has been selected. Construction is expected to begin in June 2026.
