Contracts for reconstruction work at the Main Building and Bus Garage for Poland Central School District. Bidders must submit two copies of the Bid Form in sealed bids addressed to Poland Central School District. Each bidder must include security in an amount not less than five percent of the Base Bid, in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Attention is called to requirements concerning conditions of employment and attached wage rates schedule to be paid under the contract. No bidder may withdraw their bid within thirty days after the bid opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any irregularity and reject any or all bids, and to disqualify bidders for any material failure to comply with the Instructions to Bidders. The District adheres to a policy of nondiscrimination on the basis of race, creed, color, disability, gender, or national origin in employment, programs, and services.
