Sealed proposals are requested for a General Construction Contract for reconstruction at the Main Building for Poland Central School District as part of the 2025 / 2026 Capital Outlay Project. Bids must be submitted in sealed form and delivered to Poland Central School District. Contract Documents can be examined at various locations, including MARCH Associates and Plan & Print Systems, Inc., as well as several builders exchanges and online platforms. Documents may be downloaded from the Plan and Print Systems, Inc. website for a non-refundable fee or obtained in printed form upon deposit. Only full sets of documents are issued, and delivery by UPS Ground is available for an additional fee. Bidders are required to provide company details and contract trade affiliation when requesting documents. Refunds for returned document deposits are available under specified conditions. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all bids. Each bidder must submit bid security of not less than 5% of the base bid. Attention is drawn to employment conditions and wage rates that must be followed for the contract. No bid may be withdrawn for thirty days after the bid opening. Failure to comply with the Instructions to Bidders could be grounds for disqualification. A pre-bid conference will be held, and attendance is strongly recommended.
