The project includes Sitework, General, Roofing, Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical Construction Contracts for reconstruction work at the Main Building and Bus Garage for Poland Central School District. Submit two copies of the Bid Form. Address sealed Bids to Poland Central School District. Contract Documents may be examined at specified locations or downloaded from the Plan and Print Systems, Inc. website for a non-refundable cost. Paper copies are available upon deposit of $100.00 at the office of Plan & Print Systems, Inc. Only complete sets will be issued. Contract documents can be delivered via UPS Ground service for an additional charge. Any excess sets must be obtained directly from Plan & Print Systems at the full cost of printing. Upon requesting bidding documents, provide the Bidder's company name, business and shipping address (if different), contact person(s), telephone number, fax number, email address for the contact person, and Prime Contract Trade affiliation. Deposits will be refunded in full if sets are returned in reusable condition within 30 days after the bid opening. Nonreturned documents within this period will forfeit the deposit. Each Bidder must deposit security in an amount not less than five percent of the Base Bid as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. Attention is called to employment conditions and required wage rates. Bids cannot be withdrawn for thirty days after opening. The Board reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all bids, and to disqualify bidders for material noncompliance with instructions. The District practices nondiscrimination.
