Renovation of a mixed-use development in Poland, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Contracts are for reconstruction work at the Main Building and Bus Garage for Poland Central School District. Each bidder must submit two copies of the bid form in a sealed envelope addressed to the Poland Central School District. Each bid must be accompanied by security equal to no less than five percent of the base bid, in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the instructions to bidders. Attention is called to conditions of employment and the wage rates schedule to be observed and paid under this contract. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within thirty days after the bid opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any irregularities, reject any or all bids, and to disqualify bidders for material failure to comply with the instructions to bidders. The District adheres to a policy of nondiscrimination on the basis of race, creed, color, disability, gender, or national origin in employment, programs, and services. Question Deadline 04/17/2026 Submit all questions about the Bid Documents to MARCH Associates VIA Email to: submittals@marchassoc.com at least 5 days prior to date for receipt of Bids. Replies will be issued to all Bidders of Record as Addenda to the Bid Documents and will become a part of the Contract. No Bidder shall rely upon any interpretation or correction by any other method.
