Boiler Replacement for the following school: Bedford Senior High School, 8285 Jackman Rd. Temperance, MI 48182 . Provide all material, equipment, and labor to replace the following existing boilers with similar equipment . The Bedford Public School Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The proposal shall state the minimum time required to complete the project. This Project is to be completed on or before September 1, 2025. Respondents to provide qualified labor and materials to perform demo, cut, and cap and removal of two (2) existing boilers. Includes removal and disposal of the existing hot water piping, gas piping and electrical per the project requirements. Includes equipment and scrap disposal in strict accordance with EPA guidelines. Provide and install Two (2) Patterson -Kelley boilers equal in size and model to the existing being replaced. And shall be installed in strict accordance with manufacturer's written installation instructions and code requirements. Electrical reconnect to existing circuit. Includes allowance for new boiler venting per manufacturers recommendations. Includes labeling and identifying all new equipment. Includes all necessary material handling and shipping and rigging and lifting per the project requirements. Includes complete start-up by factory qualified personnel including performance verification and warranty registration. Includes all work to be performed in a safe and workmanlike manner, per all MIOSHA rules, regulations and guidelines. Includes all work to be performed in strict accordance with local codes and governance. Provide owner's training on operation and maintenance of installed systems. To include two (2) bound copies of commissioning reports with all critical parameters recorded in spreadsheet format, all pertinent operational and maintenance manuals and documentation.
