Renovation of a municipal facility in Prince Rupert, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
DDC System Upgrade at Prince Rupert Government of Canada Building Demolish existing building automation system, Provide new building automation system, Replace existing variable frequency drive with new, Replace all existing valve actuators and control valves with new, Replace all existing hydronic heater isolation valves with new, Replace all existing damper actuators with new. Dampers to remain, Replace existing temperature sensors with new. Add temperature sensors in areas shown, All wiring should be tested and verified as fully functional, Communication wiring and exposed wiring and within mechanical and services rooms should be run in conduits, Test and commission all equipment, Complete performance verification of all equipment, Complete and submit equipment CMMS forms to client, Label and identify all installations. All disruptive work (including but not limited to, noise, dust, equipment shutdown, hazmat abatement, etc.) must be scheduled afterhours.
