TIMELINE: Request for Quote is underway to provide Water Study - Consulting Services. The scope of work will analyze buildings for water consumption reduction opportunities. The report will contain a detailed water consumption by end-use report and a detailed up-to-date equipment inventory. The consultant will provide recommendations for low/no-cost measures, retrofits, lifecycle and condition-based retrofits that are cost-effective and conform to the current sustainability targets of the Government of Canada. Consultant to identify sub-meters required to comply with section 1.7.2.4, Water Reduction & Conservation, of the National Call Letter: "water sub-meters for all major potable and non-potable water systems in the buildings will be required by 2025." This RFQ does not commit BGIS to select a Respondent as a selected Respondent or enter into a Contract with any Respondent and BGIS reserves the complete right at any time to reject all Quotations and to terminate this RFQ and the RFQ process associated therewith and proceed with the acquisition of the Deliverables in some other manner without any obligation or any reimbursement to any Respondent. *Question Acceptance Deadline: Jun 30, 2025 02:00 PM PDT *Reference Number: 0000296619 *Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
