The City of Prince Rupert is seeking proposals from qualified proponents in response to this request for proposalsfor the provision of Services to be carried out within the required schedule set out herein for Geotechnical Engineering Services for the City Outfall C to B Rerouting. The Geotechnical Evaluation and report drafting is anticipated to be completed before the end of November 2025 Scope is for geotechnical engineering services to complete a geotechnical investigation for the sanitary sewer realignment from Outfall C to Outfall B as shown in the provided preliminary design drawings (Appendix B). The drawings show the preliminary plan and profile alignment for the proposed sewer. Geotechnical investigation to be for the entire alignment to inform the civil sewer design and construction.
