Question & Clarification Deadline: June 19, 2025, 5:00pm. Questions are submitted through online. The City of New Haven Board of Education is seeking an On-Call Water Treatment Services Contractor districtwide to fulfill all the details of Water Treatment Services for New Haven Public Schools. This includes, but is not limited to, inspections, water treatment products, and equipment to provide complete water treatment of all heating and cooling systems. The equipment will include but is not limited to closed-loop chilled and hot water boiler loops, recirculating systems, glycol loops, and cooling tower water treatment systems. The term of the contract is one (1) year with 2 - one (1) year renewal option(s). All renewals will be at the sole discretion of the City and pursuant to the same terms and conditions. Labor, Material and Performance Bond valued a 100% of the contract amount will be required of awarded vendor. The City reserves the right to reject any and all responses which do not meet the requirements of a lowest qualified responsible Respondent. Some reasons for rejection include, but are not limited to: altered or qualified Calculation Sheet, a non-Web based Calculation Sheet, non-conforming Bid Bonds, incomplete or erroneous paperwork. Unbalanced High or Low Unit Pricing, and/or not habitually performing with the Bidder's own forces.
