**As of July 23, 2025, the project was awarded to ER Snell Contracting, with an awarded amount of $2,699,393.40 .** Full Depth Reclamation of Stagecoach Rd, Gilpin Rd, Daniel Place, Crawford Ave, Pope St, Short St, and West St and Rousseau Creek Rd, and Resurfacing of Guill St, Church St, Sills St, and North View Ext in the City of Thomson. This project consists of 14.33 miles of full depth asphalt concrete reclamation as well as patching and resurfacing various roads, shoulder clipping, rebuilding to a maximum 5-ft wide, grassing, and striping. All suppliers must submit with bid, a bid bond, certified check or cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. Failure to submit a bid bond with the proper rating will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive. Successful supplier will be required to meet insurance requirements, submit a one hundred percent (100%) performance bond and a one hundred percent (100%) payment bond. Insurance and Bonding Company must be licensed to do business by the Georgia Secretary of State, authorized to do business in Georgia by The Georgia Insurance Department, listed in the Department of Treasury's Publication of Companies holding Certificates of Authority as Acceptable Surety on Federal Bonds and as acceptable reinsuring companies. The bid bond, payment bond, and performance bond must have an A.M.
