This project will consist of pavement construction, in-stallation of new 10-unit T-Hangar, installation of new asphalt taxilane and apron, site grading, and utility work. Base Bid work includes con-struction of new 6-unit T-Han-gar, construction of asphalt taxilane and apron, site grad-ing, and utility work. Additive Alternate No 1 work includes construction of two addition-al T-Hangar units, installation of new asphalt apron, and site grading. Additive Alternate No 2 includes construction of two addition-al T-Hangar units, installation of new asphalt apron, and site grading. The DBE participation goal is 6.0%. Question Deadline 07/10/2025. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to the Engineer and provided,Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond equal to 5% of the total bidis required. Contract security in the form of 100% Performance and 100% Payment Bonds will be required. No bid may be withdrawn after closing time for the receipt of proposals for a period of one hundred twenty(120) days. The Adams County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received and to reject any or all bids or to award or refrain from awarding the contract for the work, whichever is deemed to be in the Owner's best interests.
