Reference Number 0000390219 Through this Invitation for Bid (IFB), Park County Public Works department, hereinafter referred to as County, respectfully requests bids from responsible qualified contractors to remove and replace a generator at 1180 Castello Ave, Fairplay, CO 80440, the Park County Sheriff's office/Jail. This IFB is also asking for bids to supply a battery bank as back up power. The bank should be big enough to last for 2-3 days. Please provide pricing separate from the generator replacement. Notice to proceed (NTP) to be issued no later than 20 days after award. Work to begin within 30 days of NTP, unless otherwise agreed upon. If it becomes necessary to revise any part of this IFB, or if additional data is necessary to enable an exact interpretation of the provisions of this request, an addendum will be issued on online. It is the responsibility of the respondent to ensure that they have received all addendums prior to submitting their IFB response. Park County reserves the right to waive any technical or formal errors or omissions and to reject any or all bids, or accept any presented which meet or exceed the specifications which are deemed to be in the best interest of Park County, and will not necessarily be bound to accept the low bid.
