The work generally consists of the removal and replacement of approximately 43 squares of roofing material at the Public Works Garage on Center Street. All work to be in accordance with the form of proposal, contract and specifications prepared by the Engineering Department of the Township of Springfield, 100 Mountain Avenue, Springfield, New Jersey 07081. Bidders are notified that they must comply with the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act (Chapter 150 of the Laws of 1963, as amended) and that award will not be made to any bidder whom the Commissioner of Labor and Industry does not certify. Bids shall be submitted on the forms provided, in the manner designated therein and required by the Specifications.
