A. General: This Section specifies procedural and administrative requirements for compliance with governing regulations and codes and standards imposed upon the Work. These requirements include the obtaining of permits, licenses, inspections, releases, and similar statements, as well as payments associated with regulations, codes, and standards. B. Governing Regulations: Refer to General and Supplementary Conditions for requirements related to compliance with governing regulations. Any inquiries, suggestions or requests concerning interpretation, clarification or additional information pertaining to the solicitation shall be submitted in writing prior to 5:00 PM at least eight (8) calendar days prior to the date when the submission is due. Those individuals/firms interested in being considered for this solicitation are instructed to submit, in accordance with specifications, their sealed bids, pertinent to this project prior to the date and time specified to the office of the Procurement Management Director, either electronically via Ion Wave or hand-delivered to 2115 Second Street, 1st Floor, Fort Myers, FL 33901.
