Project Overview The project involves the construction of a 30-foot by 40-foot park pavilion, including site preparation, foundation work using 3500 PSI fiber mesh reinforced concrete, installation of a welded construction kit, underground electrical work, and sheeting of the entire underside of the pavilion to prevent birds from nesting. Upon completion, the surrounding ground must be sloped with topsoil and finished with sod extending at least 20 feet around the perimeter of the pavilion.
