This project is funded through the Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) and involves converting the existing three-way stop-controlled intersection into a fully signalized intersection. The scope of services includes the design of a new traffic signal system, ADA-compliant curb ramps, pedestrian crosswalks, and related signing and striping improvements. All design and documentation shall conform to Caltrans, CA MUTCD, and City of Eastvale standards. Other Details Consultant shall prepare the Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) for the Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) funded signalization project located at the intersection of Sumner Avenue and 68th St. The intersection is currently controlled by a three-way stop and is to be upgraded to a signalized intersection to enhance traffic safety and operations.
