No definite date for the rebid.** JCSD is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to remove existing game court striping and re-stripe the gymnasium floor at the Eastvale Community Center, located at 13820 Schleisman road, Eastvale, CA 92880. The project includes the complete removal of all existing court lines and the precise re-striping of two (2) full-size basketball courts, three (3) volleyball courts, and integrated badminton court lines within the volleyball court layout. The gymnasium floor is a Mondo(R) synthetic sports flooring system. Contractors must have proven experience working with this type of surface and use compatible materials to prevent damage and ensure durability. The selected contractor shall remove all existing painted or taped striping from the Mondo(R) synthetic sports flooring at the Eastvale Community Center gymnasium. Removal must be performed with care to avoid damaging the flooring surface. Once the existing striping is removed and the surface is properly cleaned, the contractor shall install new striping as follows: o Two (2) full-size basketball courts (blue lines). o Three (3) volleyball courts, including both center and side court configurations (white lines). o Badminton court lines integrated within the volleyball court footprint (green lines, clearly distinguishable from volleyball lines). o All striping must conform to current NFHS regulations and be verified with JSCD prior to application. Only materials specifically designed for compatibility with Mondo(R) synthetic sports flooring shall be used. o A final walkthrough and inspection will be conducted by a District representative. Any touch-ups or corrections identified during the walkthrough must be completed within the original project timeline. Note: All work must take place between August 25-31, 2024, and must be fully completed by 3:00 p.m. on August 31, 2025. No extensions or exceptions will be granted beyond this timeframe.
