Contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, architectural stamped plans, required permits, transportation, and supervision to perform repairs that include, but are not exclusive to: General Repairs: Painting, sealing, patching, drywall repairs, minor concrete repairs, rough framing, structural repairs, acoustical ceiling work, window repairs, minor asphalt work, slot drain cleaning, caulking services, minor flooring repair/installation, and minor exterior repairs, door/door knob replacement and repairs. Plumbing: Fixture replacement, leak repair/sealing, irrigation drip line and sprinkler head repair/replacement/adjustment. Minor Electrical: Repair/replacement of outlets and lighting fixtures, bulb replacement, appliance replacement, residential or multifamily installation of circuit boxes. Millwork & Carpentry: general rough and finished carpentry, staining, finishing, touchups, disassembly, refabrication, and reworking of existing millwork using existing materials, repair or adjustment of cabinet doors, drawers, hinges, slides, and handles, installation of new cabinets, doors, and hardware Unauthorized City employees are not allowed to authorize work requiring a permit to be performed without a permit. Should the Contractor perform work without a required permit, they will be responsible for correcting said work at no cost to the City. Work will be completed within the approved timeframes as agreed with the City Department Contract Representative (CDCR).
