The City of Phoenix invites sealed offers for providing maintenance, inspection, and repair of water purification systems, leasing deionized water systems, and for the supply of related equipment and parts. The Water Services Department may also utilize the resulting contract. for a three-year commencing on or about January 1, 2026, in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein or the "Effective Date" which is upon award by City Council, conditioned upon signature and recording by the City Clerk's department, as required by the Phoenix City Code, whichever is later. The Public Works Department Facilities Operations Division maintains the water purification systems at the Phoenix Police Department Crime Laboratory and the Phoenix Art Museum. These locations require inspections, maintenance, and replacement parts to provide and maintain the water quality needed for both locations. Question Deadline 07/28/2025 at 11:00 AM MT
