Regional Public Transportation Authority and Valley Metro Rail, Inc., jointly and severally (the "Agency"), invites sealed offers for landscape services and paver maintenance for an up to five years contract commencing on or about January 1, 2026. Question Submission Deadline:August 7, 2025, 3:00pm All questions that arise relating to this solicitation should be posted to the appropriate area of the procurement portal and must be received by the due date indicated in the Schedule of Events. Agency will not consider questions received after the deadline. Contractor is to provide Landscape Services for the Valley Metro Rail Operations and Maintenance Center located at 605 South 48th Street, Phoenix, Arizona, Bus Operations and Maintenance Facility located at 3320 N. Greenfield Road, Mesa, and along the light rail alignment located in Phoenix, Tempe, and Mesa. Buildings and land included in this project include the Operations and Maintenance Center, Bus Operations and Maintenance Facility, (11) Park and Ride Lots, (4) Operator Facilities, (5) Security Offices, (58) Passenger Stations, (29) Sub-Stations, (18) Signal Buildings, and land within the curbs delineating the track guide-way. Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, materials and transportation necessary to provide landscape, irrigation maintenance services throughout the light rail alignment, in accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications and exhibits contained in this RFP.
