Remodeling and renovation of an educational facility in Phoenix, Arizona. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
In accordance with School District Procurement Rules in the Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C.) promulgated by the State Board of Education pursuant to A.R.S. 15-213, Proposal for specified professional services and construction using the alternative project delivery methods for the materials or services specified will be received by the Phoenix Union High School District No. 210. The construction will be performed on the Camelback High School campus, 4612 N. 28th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85016. The District requests that firms do not visit the site or contact the Principal or site staff. The District does not want to disrupt the education process. Firms are welcome to drive by the site, collect data available via the internet or by any other legal means. Site visits and tours will not be conducted. Qualifications shall be in the actual possession of the District, at the location indicated, on or prior to the exact time and date indicated above. Late offers shall not be considered. Qualifications must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the solicitation number and Offeror's name and address clearly indicated on the envelope. All statements of qualifications must be written legibly in ink or typewritten. Additional instructions for preparing a statement of qualifications are provided herein. Questions regarding this Request for Proposal should be in writing and directed to: Lila McCleery Director, Purchasing mccleery@phoenixunion.org. Question Deadline 07/31/2025 A . Failure to do so may result in the inquiry not being answered. The Procurement Officer or the person identified in the Solicitation as the contact for inquiries may require that an inquiry be submitted in writing. Any inquiry related to a Solicitation shall refer to the appropriate Solicitation number, page, and paragraph. All questions related to this Solicitation shall be in writing and directed to Lila McCleery, Director of Purchasing, email to mccleery@phoenixunion.org. Offerors shall not contact or ask questions of the school or department for which the requirement is being procured. All inquiries shall be made a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the specified opening date as directed on Page 1. Any correspondence related to a solicitation shall refer to the appropriate solicitation number, page and paragraph number. All questions will be responded to as soon as possible. The Camelback Administration project involves remodeling Buildings 3100 and 1100 in two phases, totaling approximately 10,351 SF. Phase 1 includes relocating the current location for campus Administration from Building 1100 and converting that space for the Special Education department. Phase 2 will remodel Building 3100 into the new campus Administration office. The project includes security upgrades, ADA improvements, new finishes, lighting, and updates to building systems. The general contractor will handle site utility investigations, working with the architect (ADM Group) to finalize plans. The general contractor shall also be responsible for coordinating with the District on furniture relocation, disposal, and/or new furniture placement. Schedule Design plans are currently at approximately 80% completion. The General Contractor shall work with the architect for the remaining design completion.
