A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Avon Lake City School District is seeking statements of qualifications from construction managers at risk for its $88 million dollar capital improvement program consisting of renovations to three elementary schools, new middle school construction and abatement and demolition of two schools. Project Description The project consists of a new 5-8 grade Middle School and renovations to three elementary schools.
