The work consists of providing the AVON LAKE REGIONAL WATER THREE (3) YEAR WATER METER BID (2026-2028) with an option for a fourth year (2029). All bids must be submitted online, and physical bids will not be accepted. Bidders must submit their proposals using the provided form online and include a bid bond equal to 10% of the total bid. The successful bidder must provide certifications from the State of Ohio, proof of liability insurance, affidavits of paid indebtedness, non-collusion compliance, and a statement regarding delinquent personal property taxes. The successful bidder must comply with the Civil Rights Act and provide a performance bond for the contract amount. Wage rates paid must align with the prevailing wage as established by the State of Ohio. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in bidding at its discretion. Instructions to bidders include all documentation and compliance detailed in the requirements above.
