Renovation of a mixed-use development in Tea, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and educational facility.
Scope The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and tools required to remove and replace approximately 8500 square feet of the ballasted roof on the Legacy Elementary gym and locker room area and replace it with an EPDM roofing system and replace approximately 17,000 square feet of EPDM roof on the District Education Center building per the plans and specifications. Project to be completed by October 15, 2025 Bids shall be accompanied by a cashiers check, bidders bond, or certified check payable to TEA AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid The Board of Education of the Tea Area School District 41-5 reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to accept proposals it deems to be in its best interest, and to waive any and all informalities in bidding procedures.
