Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Madison, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project generally consists of replacement and installation of sanitary sewer pipes and structures, water main, storm sewer pipes and structures, and replacement of street infrastructure including curb and gutter, pavement, sidewalk, driveway aprons, and installation of tree support systems, rain gardens, pavement marking, and signing. Much of the project takes place between East Main Street from S Webster St to S Blair St and S Hancock St from East Washington Ave to south of E Wilson St. Franklin St from E Wilson St to Johnson St and North Hancock from East Washington Ave to Johnson St have been added to the scope of work for pavement markings only. Additionally, there are 4 sites added to the project primarily involving concrete work and related activities: the northwest corner of N Hancock St and East Washington Ave, W Wilson St from S Bassett St to S Henry St, S Broom St from W Wilson St to W Doty St, and the corner of E Wilson St and King St. If you have any questions, please call Alane Boutelle at 608-267-1197. Postmark is not applicable. A portion of the work under this contract shall be completed in 2025 with the remaining work completed in 2026. All work, including surface asphalt along S Hancock St south (cul-de-sac) of E Wilson St shall be completed by November 7, 2025. If additional work is completed beyond what is required in 2025, and the remainder of the work is split between 2025 and 2026, all work shall be completed by September 4, 2026. If the Contractor elects to complete all remaining work under this contract in 2026, all remaining work shall be completed within ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE (165) CALENDAR DAYS or by September 18, 2026, whichever is sooner.
