Site work for a civil project in Catheys Valley, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of September 23, 2025, the project was awarded to Sierra Communications & Construction Inc, with an awarded amount of $694,688.32** In general, the Work consists of the demolition of existing welded steel water storage tanks, grading and installation of new water storage tanks, drilling a new drinking water well, site piping, and reorganization of the pump house with installation of chlorine injection. Bidders shall furnish a Bid Security with their Bidder's Proposal in the amount of 10% of the base bid amount. Doc note: Bidding Documents may be obtained from Provost & Pritchard Consulting Group. Only registered online are eligible to bid on this project. Bids received by contractors not on the online will be rejected and will not be opened. The official online will also be used to distribute addenda (if any), RFI responses, and information on how to join the pre-bid meeting and the public opening of bids. In order to be placed on the online, contractors must contact Provost & Pritchard Consulting Group at (559) 449-2700 to register as a online and receive the documents. OWNER reserves the right after opening Bids to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality or non-responsiveness in a Bid, or to make award to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder and reject all other Bids, as it may best serve the interest of the OWNER.
